As each school has its own unique requirements, we built schoolcentre.net in such a way that it can be configured to meet your school’s specific needs.
At the start of the project, we will sit down with you and work out how best to configure your schoolcentre.net account to ensure a successful transition from your previous system.
● Unlimited technical, product and sales support for your school
Our technical support department is only ever a phone call or email away. Trained staff are on hand to solve problems and answer your schoolcentre.net questions quickly and efficiently.
Unlike some other software providers we do not limit the telephone and email support available to our customers. We are happy to be here for you whenever you need us. We offer a local rate phone number for support enquiries so you won't have to worry about the cost of support calls either.

One day of on-site training is included in the agreement. We will come to your school on a suitable date and help you and your staff become proficient in using this powerful tool.

We have an ever-growing database of support guides, videos and frequently asked questions. This is available online to ensure you can get the support you need, when you need it.

schoolcentre.net is being improved and enhanced on a regular basis. System updates are provided to schools at no additional charge.
● Opportunities for attending local workshops with other schools
With sufficient demand, we are happy to help organise schoolcentre.net workshops in your area. These are a great opportunity for you to meet other users and discuss ways to make schoolcentre.net work even better for you.
● Ongoing relationship of support and review visits
We undertake to meet you for regular face-to-face meetings. These meetings
are an excellent opportunity to review your requirements and discuss developments
in schoolcentre.net, SEF best practice and preparing for Ofsted. We consider
our ongoing support of your needs to be a key element of the schoolcentre.net
package offered by Granada Learning.
